South Asian Student Association
Welcome! |
|
Welcome to the Polytechnic University's South Asian Student
Association (SASA). SASA embraces the culture of India,
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and other neighboring
countries. We celebrate the South Asian Culture through
music, holiday festivities, and literature. It was
established to expose South Asian and South Asian American culture
to the Polytechnic community. |
|
Goals and Objectives: |
-
To increase the
awareness of and to educate the Polytechnic community about the
South Asian heritage and culture.
-
To act as a medium
for students to come together and become more active in relevant
social, economical, and political issues affecting our community.
-
To offer an
atmosphere conducive to social interaction which will promote a
sense of community building.
